The next significant resistance could be near the $20,700 zone. It is close to the 50% Fib retracement level of the downward move from the $21,875 swing high to the $19,525 low. Any more gains might send the price towards the $21,000 resistance zone.
If bitcoin fails to clear the $20,000 resistance zone, it could continue to move down. Immediate support on the downside is near the $19,500 level and the recent low.
